Training
The Training and Training Support (TTS) element of the ILS process includes the procedures, techniques and equipment used to develop and deliver training of personnel. This training primarily includes the operation and maintenance of equipments and systems.
The TTS process and the associated training development is based on structured analysis techniques.
Our personnel have each carried out a wide range of training course development and delivery programmes. These programmes have been undertaken both during their Service careers, at various Services Schools of Technical Training, and within industry, both in the UK and overseas.
Adept personnel can provide the necessary experience and skill to complete or assist with the following Training related tasks:
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA);
- Systems Approach to Training (SAT);
- Analysis of Training Objectives;
- Course Design;
- Course Delivery.
